As a daughter of the founders, Dr. John and Regina Chacha, Tenzi has been part of HopeCo since the very beginning. After college, she spent four years in Tanzania, where she founded and led the Women’s Empowerment Program—a ministry that remains deeply meaningful to her. Currently residing in Alabama, she has accepted the position of Women's Empowerment Program Director. In this role, Tenzi will focus on growing and refining our women's empowerment initiatives, hosting mission teams, and sharing the vision of HopeCo.
