In 2024, we made two upgrades to significantly improve the care and treatment of our patients:

• A new fully-equipped laboratory was installed, enabling our lab technician and medical staff to better and more accurately diagnose and treat medical conditions quickly – saving lives and giving Amani more recognition in remote communities.

• New tile flooring was installed throughout the medical center. Beyond the improved aesthetics, this upgrade has contributed significantly to a more sterile and healthy environment, reducing the risk of infection and creating a cleaner, safer space for patients and staff alike.

In 2024, our hard-working medical team served more than 15,000 patients – a 13 percent increase from 2023! Including: 

• 638 babies delivered  

• 1,049 pre- and post-natal visits  

• 1,081 cases of malaria treated  

• 651 dental extractions
